Our mission statement is to explore, conserve & explain the world of plants for a better future. In booking your wedding, you would become a part of this important journey with us. It would be a privilege for Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to become your chosen venue for your wedding day whilst you and your guests enjoy the surroundings of our unique living collection. Centrally located in Edinburgh, our garden gives you the choice to be married in one of our indoor venues or outside - under the tree canopy of the giant Redwoods in the John Muir Grove. Our venues, which are wheelchair accessible and suitable for Civil or Humanist ceremonies have stunning natural backdrops to the garden and can accommodate from 10 – 200 guests. Afterwards we can then offer Drinks & Canapes Receptions, Luxury Afternoon Tea, or a more formal seated Lunch or Dinner and Evening Receptions. We offer weddings all year round throughout the changing seasons of the year, with each one offering a different ambiance in the garden to cherish and remember.
